Service Description

During your consultation, a technician will assess your brows, discuss size, shape, colour and design. We then assess your suitability and ensure your expectations match what is delivered. The treatment process is explained along with pre and post-care and finally, colour and skin patch tests are carried out if not sent prior. Price will be deducted from your treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. To secure your treatment you’ll be asked to place a £60 non-refundable deposit with us. Please kindly give us 48 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment, to avoid disruption from no-shows and short notice cancellations, and to ensure availability for all our clients. You can reschedule, without losing your deposit, if you let us know with more than 48 hours’ notice. The ability to reschedule is limited to one-time-only, per appointment. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations cause untold problems – they play havoc with our schedule, income, and being able to keep our appointments on time, running as they should. Therefore cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their deposit.
